They try to treat us as employees rather than independent contractors. They try to take advantage and get away as much as they can with us. For instance, they’ll force you to do a job that will take an estimated 3 hrs even though your shift ends in next hour. They force us by using scare tactics that include removing us off the platform. If we work over our slot time, we are not payed overtime. Biggest con is people behind the desk go on power trips and I am not sure why. I’m sure They don’t know what it’s like to work long hours without breaks and lift heavy items in scorching heat.
