Pros
Biggest airline in Europe, lots of destinations, great company culture like caring family. It's a great company to work for, great values.
Cons
They are offering more and more worse contracts each year with worse conditions. And company did suffer lots from Corona. Gotta make up for it for the next 5 years, at least.
