      Pros

      Work-life balance, flexible working hours. Great company culture Team events. Good Salary + EPF/ETF insurance. Swedish tech companies have a great company culture. 0 politics. Fast-growing. One of the best places(if not the best) to work in Sri Lanka. This is my fourth job and definitely the best place I worked for.
