      Excellent management, casual/friendly environment. We all work from home. Good pay. Fast growth, good career possibilities since they are young.

      Cons

      Not a Con, but this was a startup type environment, so you need to be flexible knowing that things change.

      - remote work - able to provide feedback and see near immediate results (in new processes or software enhancements) - friendly staff - supportive team - lots of vision and growth opportunity

      - benefits package is not ideal - more company-wide meetings would be beneficial
