Pros

Ammo discount, OK pay for a work-from-home job

Cons

No assistance for work-from-home costs, nor any way to deduct those as expenses either. Medium-priced, mid-tier level health insurance, no leadership, no developmental plan, no chance to grow your skills, and getting feedback from management is next to impossible.
