Pros

Honestly I really can’t think of any positive

Cons

Extremely unprofessional when it comes to HR employee and management treatment. Very low management salaries compared with the market. Management Salary employees must clock in and out or their hours (minimum 10 hours a day including weekends) will be questioned. Some salary positions required to work 6 days a week including housekeeping manager and maintenance. No sick days. Holidays won’t include an additional day if it falls on the managers day off. Management bonuses goals are almost impossible to reach,

Pros

Work-life balance is great; 9am-5pm

Cons

Expect an endless list of priority one projects. Salary is low compared to national average. No benefits, no perks. Only 5 paid time off days (after 1 year of working). Only 5 paid holidays in the year. No bonuses/commission. No growth. No opportunity to advance or be promoted. No further training or opportunities to learn. Work is repetitive. Have asked for a raise but have been told that there is no scope for one.

Pros

The only pro is to never start working for these shady unethical characters.

Cons

Low pay, constant micromanaging and interfering, when needed for support, these jokers are never around. They expect 100% and then turn around and cancel valuable supplies that are truly needed to keep the hotel up and running, and never tell you the order has been cancelled. They constantly undermine their managers. They have the reputation of being the industry joke. They only get the low-end shady employees working for them because they pay the lowest in the hospitality industry and the employees they hire can’t get seriously considered at legitimate hotels. Low-end riff-raff shady employees and shady owners; they feed off each other. Their guest scores are the lowest in the local market. The owners couldn’t manage a 3rd shift of a dairy-queen. Very tribal. Can’t keep their management team, thus the owners are always filling in as half-ass managers until they hire some unsuspecting person and demand 65 plus hours a week from them, plus covering shifts because the low-end staff are always calling out. They make their managers walk around with a punch-key to go to every corner broom closet to secure a digital punch during their required hourly mandatory tour. They have checklists to check the checklists! The trust is nonexistent in this place. Very toxic tribal owners that only care about squeezing every penny out of each property. Don’t walk, run from this place!
