Unprofessional organisation - Analyst Lucintel Employee Review

How do I start. There's soo much.. unprofessionalism, no corporate culture, no talking sense, gossips, politics, leg pulling, extreme partiality, no appreciation, poor growth, n number of reasons for salary cut, extremely slow and negligible promotions and increment, unstructured work flow, poor report generation and estimation techniques, no new software or tools in the organization, no source for research available except Google, zero motivation, regular boring work flow, lack of training, seniors are least helpful, the only aim of organization is how to save company expense on the cost of employee exploitation, nothing to do with employee benefit not even moral support. Neither Hr, seniors, nor the management is supportive.
