Only few so called star employee get good bonus and increase , Management changes it's policy right at the time you are about to get your salary hikes or bonus, you really need to beg for your incentive... and dare not to give any suggestion .. senior would start taking your performance review.. ha ha ha ... no qualified senior management.... low quality product ... a management consulting company which needs a management constancy help. .
