This shop is not focused on producing great work. The focus is to pay bills by keeping clients happy. Unfortunately, that means producing mediocre, generic work as cheaply and quickly as possible. If you're starting out and looking to build a portfolio or get recognition around the industry, this place isn't for you.

Really nice people, great benefits, flexible hours.

Revenue comes first. Every project is rushed, and quality of work suffers. Senior management is too concerned with the almighty bottom line than the happiness and growth of the team.
