Colleagues are great. Atmosphere is good too. Office politics is minimal here, unlike my previous job. Managing director is great. She's a very caring colleague, she makes sure you're well taken care off. Full stock pantry, that's a bonus! You also get special access to some of the best events in Malaysia. Other than that, the office is huge, and the furniture is great. You can even do your work on the beanbags!

The workload is too much to handle, after a while it will be frustrating! The company should hire more employees, the workload forced on the current employees is crazy, and can be exasperating. It's hard to grow and develop in the company, but if you're a fresh grad and looking for a first job, this would be great for you. Favouritism is seen heavily, especially with the Creative Director. The company is small, hence don't expect for huge benefits etc.

i cannot think of any pros

This company does not want to embrace change they like to be in their comfort zone. The people there are toxic because for such a small company there is incredible amount of office politics. The boss however going to judge you base on other people's opinion of you. He does not have a stand point. You actual work starts after 5pm, because the boss walts in around 3pm and you go back home at 12am. No work life balance. The employer values people who work late so everyone comes in late. Payment is also late and sometimes it is short changed.
