You come to be part of an amazing team. Lucid is out of the scary startup phase and is hitting its growth stride, which means it has the best of a small company (the projects you work on actually matter, and right away) and a big company (great health benefits, nice office, stocked kitchens and catered lunch M & F). The core values such as innovation, team work over ego, and passion are not just words on the wall, but rather lived day in and day out. There's no room for jerks here, just smart, ambitious people who want to work together make a difference.
