Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there’s a strong culture of trust and ownership, empowering you to take initiative and make an impact. I’ve had many opportunities to grow professionally, take on meaningful responsibility, and work closely with leaders across the organization. The company also does a great job fostering connections through team events and recognition, which makes it a fun and engaging place to work. Overall, it’s a place where people care deeply about the work, support each other, and are constantly pushing to improve.

Like many growing companies, things move quickly, and you have to be comfortable adapting. A good problem to have!
