Pros

I started working with Lucid Lane in December of 2019. The company's mission really resonated with me after working in substance treatment facilities and seeing how many people were stuck in the cycle of dependence as well as having close friends and family members impacted by opioids and other substances. Lucid Lane has offered great career growth and an opportunity for be a part of the solution. to this growing crisis. I feel privileged that my work here contributes to research on best practices for success in the face of chronic pain, medication dependence, and addictions

Cons

It's a fast paced environment. But if you are a passionate person looking for opportunities to advance in your career, there are lots of opportunities for growth.

Pros

Had meet new provider meetings and others to boost morale and explain plans for the company, education, etc. Easy to use EMR, have staff to schedule and relay messages.

Cons

Medical director is very impersonal and promises leadership opportunities and career growth within the organization which are never supported or followed up on. He is difficult to access for questions or problems. I had one patient on my panel the whole year despite being told I could work up to a panel of 10-20. You get paid per patient, pay is low and unsustainable to live on. Lack of personal connection with leadership because thrrr are never any meetings or check-ins for feedback. It’s like they hire you and then don’t care what you do at all. Main person you interact with is an administrative assistant who has little medical experience. Interview process was weird - they interviewed a person along with me who had no medical license.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience while on the Lucid Lane team. We are happy to hear that you found value and inspiration in our provider and team meetings. We are constantly working to improve the efficiency of our digital platforms and are glad to hear you found our systems easy to use. At Lucid Lane we welcome and request regular feedback from our team members and take pride in implementing operational improvements. Lucid Lane offers both full-time and part-time opportunities to be on our team. We offer competitive rates and all of our physicians are required not only to hold clear medical licenses but to also be Board Certified, preferably in Addiction Medicine, when taking care of patients with diagnosed Substance Use Disorders. We take your feedback seriously and will take measures to improve processes that help ensure Lucid Lane is a premier destination to work and take care of this vulnerable and important patient population.
