      Lots of internal issues - Client Services Lucid Group Employee Review

      Pros

      - Lots of support and team working from those you work with on a daily basis (note: this differs alot between teams) - More diversity and inclusion than I've seen at other workplaces - (if you;re lucky) Interesting projects and opportunities to travel for onsite meetings

      Cons

      - Like a lot of the other reviews, bullying and passive-aggressive behaviour is rife and rampant, particularly in the senior/management team. A lot of complaints that are never really resolved and swept under the rug. SLT continue to protect and defend each other even though multiple people have made complaints - Burn out culture is huge, no regard for people's wellbeing, resulting in lots of team members quitting and/or going on stress-leave (which is again, swept under the rug and never addressed) - The 'numbers' and 'forecast' are put before everything and everyone else's needs and suffering
