Pros
Lucid has easily been the best company I've worked at, that was until Cint took over. The Lucid Marketplace was extremely competitive in the insights market, Lucid's employees are some of the brightest I've encountered, and the company culture was phenomenal. Lucid's leadership at every level was incredibly strong and great to work with.
Cons
Once Cint bought Lucid at the end of 2021 everything changed at Lucid. The new owners are actively working to kill off Lucid's culture and get rid of as many legacy Lucid employees as possible, despite those employees being a much higher caliber than Cint's own employees. In addition to this their model and way of working with chase away clients. Prior to Cint's takeover one of Lucid's main weaknesses was uncompetitive pay. The other positive aspects of Lucid made up for this most of the time. Cint's compensation situation is worse.
