Management focused on selling the company - Lead Integration Consultant Lucid Employee Review

It seemed the only thing top management was interested in, was to sell the company. The member of the Executive Team heading up my department came across as quite nonchalant and had the mindset common in startups that he should be able to do what he wanted. The company was in scaleup phase and when recruiting me they said they wanted to 'grow up' a bit and implement more mature management of processes and people but they did not show much interest in it. The European sales organisation was a bit stuck in the past and had little knowledge about technology and the product.
