- got good money via PayPal once finished - fee for delay caused by me - learn new technology - lot rules, but good for the process - management care for team...even when many contractors don't finish project and cause delay

- small team with lots contracotrs from filippines and india who cause big issue, delay and quit then complain

Lucemio has given me an opportunity to grow my abilities as a designer with the various projects entrusted to me with the help, assistance and trust of our leadership. Based on experience, it's primarily the delays of the turnover of the project from one task to another, mainly because of human errors and most of the time negligence of the some of the employees entrusted with the vital aspect of the project. I think most employers experience this because of unforeseen circumstances that come in working with various talents from different parts of the world.
