Cons
Absolute minimum wage. You must stay seated, even for a 9 hour shift, despite that being pretty unhealthy. 95% of the work is from 3pm to 11pm, and the schedulers are trained to lightly bully you, and even willfully misunderstand you, to "set your own schedule" in such a way that you work when they want you to work, for how long they want you to work. Sometimes the work runs out and even though you were scheduled to work until 11pm, everyone gets sent home at 6pm-- sometimes that happens for a whole week, and it's nobody's fault but management's for not having the work that they allowed you to be-- or lightly bullied you in to being-- scheduled for. You are not allowed to work full time, and if you get close to working full time, "set your own schedule" turns in to "being on hours restriction," which can tank your hours for weeks or even months. The work areas are not thoroughly cleaned often enough, so there are usually-- but not always-- ants. The keyboards and headsets are usually pretty gross, and they don't always have sanitation supplies. The restrooms are not large enough to accommodate enough people simultaneously for the number of people they have working at a given time, and the coaches are trained to monitor the amount of time you spend in the bathroom.
