Pros

Firm of apparently good reputation Of a size where they invest in marketing

Cons

Toxic culture of fear and blame. One junior partner looks like Mackenzie Crook and learn all of his management style from Alan Sugar by watching the Apprentice. Another is like Louis Litt from Suits, very nice, but lacking leadership skills.

Cons

- Competitive salary, but could be higher - No option to buy / sell holiday days nor do holiday days increase with length of service
