Pros

Having the opportunity to meet and work w/ some quality individuals (i.e. before they quit or were let go)

Cons

- Moved offices four times in one year, no stability - Poor management structure, lack of communication - Within the US Market, company is 1 to 2 years behind the competition in terms of technology/product offerings - In terms of build time, clients campaigns are constantly late (1-3+months) and there's always problems/issues after launch - Company is headquartered in St. Petersburg, Russia (i.e. dev team, marketing, etc.), so given the time delay, communication can become an issue - There can be a delay in receiving payroll, due to funding issues

Good team, fun environment, everyone is welcoming, good communication, great office(pet friendly) good sales support team too good commission

Cons

improvement in communication between depts(but its in progress with better software)

Pros

People are friendly, Deep teaching of the App Dev industry, Pending on our position- there is a decent amount of traveling. First 3 months I had the pleasure of going to Chicago, LA, Phili, Atlanta, and Nashville. Both worked hard and took time to explore as well. Management is always improving and same goes for internal communication, they really are determined to make a seamless process for everyone.

Cons

Well, they are constantly improving so something might be a pain today most likely won't be around in a month. Docs/ Process/ strategy etc - Always improving Better/ different office space would be great.
