Pros
I had some major learning experience with regards to some useful tools and workwise as well they made me understand minute by minute how multi-tasking is the only option to survive in this chaotic environment.
Cons
- Absolutely no work life balance. - Very low on staffing. One person has to manage multiple projects or multiple issues in a single project. - They expect you to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well and your increment completely depends on how many weekends you put in. - Since this is a family run company, if you have a very cordial relationship with the higher management, chances and amount of your increment is really good. - Even though they pay a really good increment, it is nothing compared to the amount of work they put on your head. - Micro-management and project head insulting you at the drop of the hat is a welcome gift - There are so many cons that I cant even list down all.
