Pros

If you work in person at their headquarters location, you’re more likely to have a good experience since the company puts effort into team-building activities and engagement. But only for in person HQ employees. Remote and field employees are completely left out. The disparity in treatment is glaring, and if you’re not physically in Orlando, expect to feel like an afterthought.

Cons

Mass layoffs happen, and sometimes they’re unavoidable. However, the way Loyal Source handles them is wildly unprofessional. Their business outlook is clear: they need you until they don’t. Instead of attempting to reassign employees to new roles, they are quick to terminate without consideration. Worse, since it’s not illegal in Florida, they refuse to pay out any accrued PTO when you leave—regardless of circumstances. Pay is another major issue. If you’re fresh out of school, it might seem decent. But for anyone with real experience, the compensation is insultingly low. They underpay skilled professionals while expecting high-level performance, making it clear they value cost-cutting over talent retention. The company’s actions in 2025 prove just how disingenuous they are. They sent out surveys to boost their ranking for the “Best Place to Work” award, performed annual reviews, gave raises, and then turned around and laid off hundreds of employees within two weeks. It’s clear that employee well-being isn’t a priority—just optics. If you’re considering a job here, think twice—especially if you’re remote or in the field. They will use you for as long as it benefits them, and when they decide you’re no longer needed, you’ll be gone without a second thought.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize for your experience. Your review will be shared with our leadership team as we aim to address all concerns with respect and understanding. Loyal Source strives to include all staff, whether remote or field, and values everyone equally. Terminations, though difficult, follow our company policy and are made with great consideration and conducted as professionally as possible. Survey announcements are shared to spread awareness, but they are never mandated, and completion is entirely voluntary. Our leadership team regularly reviews compensation and benefits to meet industry standards. Our pay structure and systems are discussed prior to contract to avoid surprises for our employees. Thank you again for your time. We sincerely apologize for your circumstances and wish you the best.

Pros

Having been with Loyal Source for nearly 11 years, I can confidently say this company provides real opportunity for growth and long-term career development. I started as a government healthcare recruiter and was able to evolve into sales, account management, and now manage a sales team. There’s a clear path for anyone willing to put in the work and take ownership of their career. Loyal Source has also played a major role in my personal growth. While working here, I earned my bachelor’s degree and hit several real-life milestones along the way. The opportunities provided have allowed me to travel and experience things I never thought would be possible, while still building a strong, sustainable career. The company does a great job of recognizing and rewarding performance. Earlier this year, I was honored to receive the Strategic Sales Award, which reflects the leadership team’s commitment to acknowledging impact and results. One of the biggest differentiators is the autonomy. You’re trusted to run your team, build something of your own, and think strategically. That level of ownership pushes you to grow both professionally and personally. The culture is more than just a company, it really does feel like a family. People genuinely support each other, and long-term relationships are built across teams. If you’re driven and looking for a place where you can grow, be challenged, and create real opportunity for yourself, Loyal Source gives you that platform. Excited to see what we accomplish in the years ahead!

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve early on as you get familiar with the company’s strategic approach and different business lines. With time and consistency, it all starts to click and sets you up well for long-term success.

Pros

There are no pros to working at this company.

Cons

There is no training for Nurse Practitioners. They just assign VA exams to you and expect you to complete them in a very short time period. These exams can be very complex and there are numerous rules and regulations you have to follow to fill them out correctly. Some Vets also have 10 claims and the company expects the examiner to submit all of the DBQ’s within 24 hours of the exam. This is impossible when you have multiple Vet exams a day. There is no support from management at all. They avoid answering employee calls and do not email back in a timely fashion. The pay is low and the incentive bonuses are impossible to achieve. They also expect examiners to work on the weekends and the evenings. There is no work/life balance at all. The company’s travel support is nonexistent. If you have an issue with travel, you are on your own and may not get reimbursed for expenses the company is supposed to cover such as parking fees. These fees may sound like a minimal expense but hotels in big cities charge on average 70$ a day for parking which can add up if you have to stay at a hotel for several weeks.
