Loxley Services is one of several entities under an umbrella that takes care of their team members, listens to feedback, and is one of the most communicative employers out in the world. I love my job and love the work family I work next to!

I do not see any cons.

The teams are great, welcoming, funny; they build a great sense of community. The direct managers are pretty great. The majority of the team members are hard-workers and great teachers and learners.

The company is going through a LOT of changes in a short period of time and it's extremely chaotic with very little direction. If you like a huge challenge this is the place for you. If you want any kind of stability, this is not the place for you, not yet.
