Pros

Clear communication and direction from the Exec down Very ambitious with hefty goals and great values The way Lowell dealt with the Coronavirus pandemic is testament to how progressive they are and how much they care about their people Fantastic career prospects and always looking at how they can improve and develop its people.

Cons

The business has been on an epic growth journey in recent years and with that comes growing pains. If you're happy in a high change and fast paced environment where processes and procedures are always evolving then there are no cons to working at Lowell.

Thanks for such a positive review. Its great to see that our commitment to keeping everyone informed and engaged is so well received. We believe the right communication is critical to keeping us all together. We have a number of different ways to share what’s going on across the business. From ‘Quarterly All-Hands Calls, monthly buzz meets through to ‘meet the exec’ and the now infamous Tour T’Floors (now more appropriately named Tour de Zoom). And who can forget the weekly blog from our CEO Colin Storrar. Great to see you’re embracing the exciting pace of change here at Lowell. We certainly don’t stand still and if we can remove, move or improve a process to make us stronger, we’ll certainly try. Keep up the good work!
