Pros

Competitive salary and/or hourly wages, benefits are good and available at a reasonable cost plenty of locations and they make it easy to transfer to another store as long as an opening is available. Human Resourse Department is easily accessible both in store and on line will work around personal life but only with much notice. Full time work available where as similar stores only offer little more then part time so little or no benefits need be made available relaxed atmosphere, laid back dress code I have little else to add I have not found many positives since I have been employeed there

Cons

Little positive feedback when called for reconizition seems to be saved for management but if there is a problem it is definitly made known, No matter how small it seem the managment will talk talk down to the "regular" employees as if they are not equals. Never a please or thanks good job. When requesting time off you need to put request it at least a month in advance which is sometimes inconvient when balancing work and life Due to these issues employee morale is down and I am sure it is noticed by the customers as little care is taken to ensure their satisfaction

Pros

Remote, great starting pay for entry level remote. Team environment was the best part of the experience.

Cons

Very limited to no advancement opportunities with pay increases that don't even match cost of living increases. No HR support and the culture reflects that... not a company that has any flexibility in the way employees are handled when they make a mistake it stacks and is not removes for a year. If you have three mistakes even if they are in totally different areas they will terminate even tenured employees with otherwise perfect records. Not a way to keep good employees.
