Pros
Lowe's is a good place for customer service experience. You get to help customers and attend to their every need. The work environment is decent.
Cons
Like any retail store you have to deal with angry customers, getting mad at some of the most stupid petty things. The pay is not all that good, and you get nickel and dime raises every year. Your working hours could drop below 25 any giving time.
