ESPP ( Employee Stock Purchase Plan) . Benefits, Usually offer a more competitive starting pay than other jobs.Career Growth. More relaxed atomosphere than a corporate office. No cubicles. Being part of a continiously growing company even in a downward economy. Overall, its a fairly easy job. You do not have to be a college graduate to work at Lowe's, nor to be promoted to District Manager.
Cons
Long hours. Unfairness with promotions. Can be dirty and physically demanding at times. Very stressful when your short staffed. Sometimes feel pressured to do too many things all at once. Some of your fellow employees are less than willing to help you work, and just don't care. But thats everywhere!
