Pros

worked here all of 2016 and 2015. It was great. Constant leads to do the easiest loan program imaginable. The VA streamline. Flexible work schedule. Laid back work environment. Great break room and people.

Cons

After the election when rates went up, we started having the chance to do full file loans. Nobody knows how to do them. Then we were told that our BPS per loan were going down on top of the overall slow down in business. That's when I decided to move on. Lots of growing pains ahead as they try to transition out of being a streamline only mortgage company.
