      Pros

      All my coworkers and supervisors are really nice and approachable. They give me good feedback and are always willing to answer questions. The work environment is free from distractions and great for self-motivators. I'm constantly learning new, important things that don't just apply to my job but to life in general.

      Cons

      It's so cold! I wear a hoodie and have two blankets at my desk. But it's okay. I'm normally always cold.

      Pros

      Alot of fun people work at Low VA Rates. You do get a lot of leads.

      Cons

      When interest rates go up it is a very tough environment. They only do VA refi.
