This is good place to learn a lot and wear many hats. Company benefits, 4 day work week, and people make it a good place to work.
Cons
Pay is not sustainable and merit based raises are not given. There’s a rule you can’t be promoted unless you worked their a year and that’s what they will tell you but the favorites get promoted with months.
