Pros

employee discount and free piercing

Cons

- how always pressure for piercing but no comission, only given to store manager & regional manager - how it is hard to find cover if ure sick. expecting part time staff who is sick to find their own cover - too much expectations for a new joiner (part time) from current store manager , will actually scold and use harsh word in group chat for small mistakes.

Pros

Employee discount is 50% off of full priced jewelry only, not sale items or piercings. • They will hire anyone who doesn’t ghost an interview. •You’ll learn to overcome management who treat you as a number and not a human

Cons

•Relentless, unrealistic sales expectations with zero grace. You don’t even get insight on how the goals are helping the future of the company. •Chronic understaffing while still being held to aggressive targets. You will be expected to work by yourself for 12+ hours if an employee doesn’t show up. • Minimal training, yet full accountability from day one. Click through modules that you are pressured to get through within your first week. •Constant micromanagement and metric obsession. Always contacted outside of working hours. •Burnout is normalized. No support or high quality candidates apply. Always told to recruit while only offering to pay talent $16-18 an hour at most for key holders. •High turnover is not accidental — it’s the culture. You’re expected to pierce ears and never get truly certified and rewarded for your expertise. •Little appreciation, recognition, or meaningful support from upper management. When you get sick they expect you to still work, won’t allow you to utilize your legally earned sick days without contacting you.
