Pros

The company is fully remote. Also, co-CEOS. For the office fans, it’s like have co- managers or two popes.

Cons

So many things. Complete incompetence. From the top down. Terrible business model. They rely on florist who are typically more artistic than business minded and take a percentage of their profits. So as an employee, you get yelled at constantly. They also make mistakes constantly and just believe they are right at all times. As for the benefits, anyone in the world is offered health insurance. It is still over 3-figures$/check for just about the most mediocre coverage. Good thing is make so little, you might qualify for Medicaid. 20 days vacation- let’s see what is approved because they are understaffed. They like overworking and overworked people like to quit. Not everyone gets all “company holidays”. As far as growth, management keeps talking about how fast they are growing. They have been around over a decade and are barely seeing real growth. There is no way to grow because no one wants to hear that they are wrong. And they are wrong about so much. The worst part of this is, they treat employees well in comparison to their customers (aka partners). If you are thinking of going- run so fast. Or get a rate that reflects their service. Anyways, having said my cons, I will say that this job is great for some. Whether you are easily satisfied and contempt or currently working for minimum wage - this is a better option. My views are from a place of privilege, but I still believe everyone deserves better. The values and culture are rotten inside and out.

No excuses here. We have no illusions that we’re the right fit for everyone, nor that everyone’s the right fit for us. While it’s clear from your review that you’re angry, we actually offer every employee 22 PTO days + 13 paid holidays, a 401K with a guaranteed 3% company contribution, customized growth and development opportunities including a 25% university tuition discount, and, because our Team is 100% remote, employees can do a great job from anywhere. In fact, we just gave every employee $600 for Home Office and Wellness expenses to spend however they like. We’ll also distribute merit + cost of living increases this year. We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn from your opinions and wish you all the best finding a company that makes you happy.

Pros

I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of organizations but my time at Lovingly has been great! I was impressed by the benefits and the team. Everyone is great to work with. The benefits of working from home are the best part. You save on commuting but there’s still an office available to use if you ever need to get together with the team. Management has been great and extremely respectful. I don’t feel micromanaged. I feel supported enough to get things done and ask questions when needed. I finally feel encouraged to speak up within discussions if there’s something I believe we can handle better or differently. There’s been a lot more structure so I’m able to learn within my role. Btw, the yearly stipend is awesome! Coming from a structure where it was difficult to even ask for a day off, this is insane lol The PTO is pretty cool and they actual respect your time off. I am unsure why there’s bad reviews? The team and culture have been great so far. It’s been hard work but at the same time, I honestly feel content being here. Noones over my shoulder and I can work at my own pace.

Cons

Sometimes the partner can be difficult to work with. They seem to not have patience at times but we have the tools and support to handle whatever is thrown at us.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about Lovingly! It's great to hear you're enjoying the flexibility of our work model, the supportive management, and the benefits like the yearly stipend and PTO. We've worked hard to foster a culture where you can speak up, grow, and find balance. On the note about partner challenges: we get it, and we're glad you've got the tools and support to handle those moments. We'd love to hear more about specific situations that were tough, so we can work on making things smoother. Appreciate you taking the time to share.

Pros

PTO and some colleagues but that did not include management

Cons

Management was terrible. They ruin all great employees! Do not waste your time. They will bleed you dry and ask why you're not doing more!
