Short term summer job It’s good experience Lovely people

Not very much training and very tiring and often overwhelming But the people are great so it makes it easier

Good work experience for junior staff (get thrown into the deep end of it straight away) and the socials are fun.

Generally low pay, not the best place for promotions or other benefits. Unclear progression plans. Senior leaders do not uplift their juniors. Speaking up didn't make any difference.
