Pros
There are no pros. This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked for in my entire life and I‘m embarrassed to even say that I ever worked here at all.
Cons
The owner/CEO proudly posted on his social media accounts that he is marching for Israel, while Israel actively bombs the Gaza strip of Palestine killing thousands of innocent people including children! Of course though, he does not care.
When someone comments on social media to bring attention to this idiocracy, the comments are deleted and the user is blocked (his social media team must be so proud!). Bad Google reviews are deleted, and fake good reviews are quickly put together to make it sound like everything is fine. The CEO is not a business man by any means, therefore he is unaware that this is not how a business should be ran. He does not take any constructive criticism, so nothing will ever change. Maybe work on actually improving your company and treating the few good employees with respect?
If you are looking to work here, just know that all these positive Glassdoor reviews were posted by the HR team in hopes to drown out the negative yet real reviews. Don’t do it. You will hate your life.
