Pros
-Support to learning (conferences, events, books) if you asked -Flexible work schedule -flexibility to wfh as much as we wanted -tech gear kept up to date - health insurance -international staff (constantly communicating on slack) -Office in BCN center.
Cons
-overall chaos in the departments (priorities doing drastical changes overnight, which often felt like a waste of time) -Objectives were not fixed (everyone was doing everything, no coordination and constant overlap and doing tasks twice) -Micromanagement in certain areas -Promotions were kind of random as there was no career path (neither was interest in having one laid out) -drama and office politics were quite frequent -extremely unethical terminations (disabling access before being able to say goodbye to colleagues, not allowing to transition the tasks, also I was deactivated from the system before I could download my documents from the HR database or check that the data was correct(Contract, payroll, etc).
