great staff work at company, nice location in Glendale,CA

irrational management, low pay and no benefits, 60-70 hr. weeks, expected to work weekends and most holidays, crazy turn over

the employers lunch is paid.

-company emotionally unstable, and much turnovers expected. -you are unable to tell what you have to do or what your task is, no systematic solutions. -you are more likely to be suspected than trusted. -lack of educated mindsets, logical thinking, ridiculous expectations. and racism followed. -forget about peaceful environment, you'll never see it. -expect to work from 9 am to 8 pm at least. - no work, no life balance. -no weekends off. expect to work for 4 month everyday. and no overtime pay for extra hours or coming in the weekends -very stressful environment and lack of professional people. -lack of job security, promised to get gym membership and a raise but didn't see it either. - the level of work difficulty is almost like having a phD, especially if you are a designer, and expect to get yelled a lot in front of people but then you have to eat lunch with them at the table. my father doesn't even do that. -ridiculousness expectations, followed by ridiculous needed results. -expect to visit a therapist twice a week from post dramatic stress.
