Pros
- Seemed like an excellent company at first until I started learning what was going in behind closed doors - Small team - Close-knit - Fun work environment for the most part - Have the potential to earn good money, but you probably won't unless you are ready to work 12 hr days
Cons
- Management preaches that you can grow, but really tests you and dangles growth positions with no clear idea of when that could happen. This also happens with raises - Members of the team would be secretly offered cash or other incentives to learn a new skill and would be awarded publicly by CEO to prove a point - CEO was never in office and cared more about building his social media presence - Employees were constantly reprimanded in public - The 2 managers were essentially running the company and 1 of them was not doing it well - CEO was looking to move the company to Anthem (30 mins from current location) and lied to employees when asked - Management preached being open and honest with them, but would manipulate and twist the situation to make it as if it was your fault - Several people quit in a matter of 3 months... 5 employees which is close to 1/3 of the company - Favoritism was very evident - The success of the company was always put on us and we were never good enough. The CEO once said " people know when they are doing a good job, I don't really need to tell them" - 2 employees gave their notice and were not allowed to tell anyone until the CEO could have a meeting in which they were not allowed to be in and had to leave the office in the middle of the day - Management would lie to protect the integrity of certain employees while throwing others under the bus - Meetings could be extremely degrading and negative
