Pros
They pay well & they've got really great benefits & give away draws for staff for concert tickets . I got to work in both Pharma & medical device industries & it was great experience. The people are easy to approach & you're left to get on with it. The company is always expanding & ability to work on international projects too
Cons
Site managers could do with some people management skills training as some I worked with lacked those . Performance reviews were long winded & were always completed late
