Potential good Money for the long term - Sales Manager Lotus Group Employee Review

The Lotus Professional Group (LPG) is a boutique firm specializing in Talent Management in Miami, Florida. I founded the Lotus Professional Group in 2015, and we work in the United States, and locally in South Florida (NOT in the United Kingdom). I am solely responsible for the Lotus Professional Group, and the only person who has been by my side during this journey, is my daughter. I started the LPG after 30 years in corporate America and with a career in Human Resources. Prior to starting the LPG, I was employed for over 23 years at a prestigious wealth management organization. I am very proud of my accomplishments in corporate America and the Lotus Professional Group. Professionalism is of the utmost importance to us, and we are known for our strong work ethic, uncompromising integrity, trust and responsibility. My daughter and I have the utmost respect for each other, our clients and candidates. Hence, it is obvious that this review was not intended for our firm.
