Pros
Some great people. Fun atmosphere in the right team. If management like you and you are trying, they can reward you with holidays.
Cons
The lowest pay of my 30+ years. £700 must be paid to the company every week before you can get any commission. It's almost criminal the wages. If a mistake is made at any stage the broker must always pay out of their own pocket and the company never has any losses because of this. They expect you to work everyday and till very late. Taking a lunch is unheard of!
