      One of the best working environments I have ever had the pleasure of working at.

      It is such a nice place to work it is extremely hard to advance. No one ever leaves.

      Pros

      Lots Boise offered me a way to control my finances buy having uncapped earnings potential, I was making six figures with in the first two years

      Cons

      I’m a workaholic, and a commission position such as this drove me to work a lot of hours in the first two years, however after that, the work life balance was significantly different from my past job in the Hotel industry and I would never go back!
