Pros

I like that everyone focuses on producing a quality product every day. Co-workers are all nice and respectful. The environment can be busy and demanding at times, but I've always found it to be fair and actually pretty well run for a small business.

Cons

Isn't as lax as some other restaurants I've worked at

Pros

During my time there I had lovely coworkers who cared about the quality of their work. The pay is industry standard. I had opportunities to be creative within reason.

Cons

I watched upper management and the owner mistreat so many employees. They illegally fired someone for organizing to help get better wages and increase communication/transparency with staff/management. There are many empty promises, and if you don't carefully watch paychecks, vacation time, overtime pay, etc you can get taken advantage of. Overall there is a complete lack of respect and communication from upper management.
