Extremely hierarchical— HR knows about bad apples in management and does nothing about it. It reached a point where I didn’t even complain when I was sexually harassed by someone on the higher up. Coworkers can be very petty and backhanded. Felt less like working at a library and more like a horrible city job. Takes forever to transfer elsewhere.
