The City's political environment is challenging and the community is very entitled, with many "citizen experts" who routinely second guess staff, the city council is dysfunctional, with no consistency or accountability when it comes to a tough decision.

Work environment resembles a toxic, insular culture with concerning dynamics. Very high employee turnover. Team members exhibit jealousy and may fabricate issues to undermine others. Overall team structure is disorganized and lacks effective functionality.
