Lorpon was a great place to work. They are doing well and investing in themselves with equipment and technology. It is a small company and the casual vibe felt like home. I do not regret my time there as I learned a lot about the industry and met some interesting people and customers.

It’s a small company and it’s easy to outgrow your position and the work you do will soon become mundane. The lack of systems, training and procedures can be unnerving. Benefits are quite pricey for what you get. Morale has taken a nose dive as of late.

Lorpon is a family run business and has made significant investments to grow the company. Investments being made in technology and processes, as well as modern printing and finishing equipment. The company also invests in people and does the best they can to try and create a good work environment.

Like any print and packaging company sometimes there can be high volumes of work with deadlines from the customers.
