Disjointed teams around the office creates little villages.

I love all the employees I work with on a daily basis. We work as a great team and I feel like I can trust them with anything. The company has a very calm and laid-back environment which makes for an overall pleasant work day. Each month we have a new fun activity to participate in with fellow coworkers (one time we even had a Mario Kart tournament). These events are definitely morale-boosters! The CEO, Alex Potts, is probably the friendliest guy I've ever met. He makes a point to have a relationship with each and every employee. Overall, I am very content here and can see why so many of my coworkers have been around for 5+ years.

The company is a little behind on maintaining their online presence; however, I know they are currently making an effort to improve that problem.
