      Goal-driven tasks or projects that do not solve a problem. If you are required to spend 80% of your time on goals, is there even a need for your position?

      Pros

      The finance team was great to work with. I did not fuly approve of top management but since I have left, I've heard it has improved.

      Cons

      The work could get a bit redundant. Not a defined career path. I ended up leave due to mostly to getting bored and not getting the growth I was looking for.
