Pros

Great Products, Great Quality, Committed Production People. Vast product offering capabilities. Competition is weak or incomplete in product offering- it is the only thing preventing a major erosion of their market share.

Cons

Inwardly focused management. New Management has wiped out sales organization. CEO referred to former Sales Team's work as "milk route sales" demonstrating that he has absolutely no idea what his sales force actually did to build and protect their business. Management believes revenue can be generated over the phone with minimal customer face to face interaction and no significant product or application knowledge from their "dialing for dollars" sales team. Upper management cares more about building an empire than running the business they hired in to. They are completely disconnected from the businesses. If you have no passion for your work and just want to be told what to do, this is the place for you. There is no voice of the customer in the organization any longer.

Pros

Autonomy, management provides a framework of what is needed and you are given latitude to complete the task as you see fit. Limited cases of micromanaging. Diverse number of industries and customers served. Would wide diverse company. Good work life balance hybrid/remote work options for certain roles. Benefits are pretty good as well.

Cons

Executives are poor communicators. Several cases where employees who do not perform well or have a high level of drive seem to get bonuses or raises just by simply saying they'll quit, while the hard workers are likely to never receive recognition. Also, management has a bad habit of hiring people that interview well and look good on paper but neglect to account for personality or looking below the superficial to get down to their work habits and actual capabilities. Promoting within and filling the lower roles with new young talent is a struggle for them. Not sure why they keep the Cary HR, lots of hits and misses with new hires, and if they do not send out anniversary cards or the anniversary gift to people. No corporate branded clothing allowance.
