Dreadful job - Writer Lop Employee Review

I can agree with the other reviews... the owner treats staff like crap. He emits a really bad, dreadful vibe and I got it the first day working here... he will talk over you, definitely has favoritism, and he doesn’t care about his team nor appreciates them... heck... he talks to his managers and staff in such a shocking way. He should re-evaluate his leadership skills because it’s terrible. The staff definitely HATED and I say HATED with a passion when he’s present. It’s such a dreadful time when he’s there.
