Pros
Loox is a great company that puts a lot of emphasis on making sure that every employee has a voice. Everyone is synced on major decisions and have a chance to give their feedback even if they are not in the specific team that is in charge of the project itself. This allows you to have an impact that is a lot bigger than what you usually get at a bigger company and also invites you to learn more about the business and get curious about things outside your direct assignments. The company respects your off hours and makes sure that there is a work-life balance that is healthy. There is always something new to learn and you really feel that you grow with the company as it expands and gets bigger. In addition, the people and culture is great and there is always someone to joke with or talk about your newest hobby, whatever it might be :)
